Emily & Robbie. wotton House, dorking
I would be lying if i said I didn't squeal a little when Emily & Robbie said they had booked the beautiful Wotton House as their wedding venue.
Wotton House is located in Dorking, surrey. It has 13 acres of stunning grounds, an eccentric old library and a 17th century Italian garden, complete with roman columns and mosaic floors, making it the perfect wedding setting!
The day ran seamlessly which was a credit to bride Emily's impeccable organisation. Her wedding binder was a photographers dream. Emily and her bridal party got ready at the venue, with old wooden panelling and classic bay window. While the boys got ready and headed downstairs for their finishing touches of jackets and ties, and whisky of course. The couple then delivered each other presents and letters to open before the ceremony. Such a romantic gesture and a beautiful moment to capture!
Emily got into her first incredible dress before her emotional first look with her Dad while Robbie headed down to the old library to greet their guests ahead of the ceremony. Group photos were held in the venues beautiful gardens and then straight into their couples portraits with the back drop of the iconic Italian columns.
The Evelyn suite hosted their speeches and evening meal, before being transformed into their evening dance space while guested headed back to the old library where signature cocktails were flowing!
Such an incredible day! A huge thank you to Emily & Robbie for having me!
